Migration of an existing broadband service from another broadband provider costs £11 + VAT To activate a phone line for broadband costs £29.99 inc VAT, (migration of an LLU (Local Loop Unbundled) service also costs £29.99).
If you wish to migrate, you will need a MAC code from your current provider.
If you are an existing Firenet broadband subscriber and wish to switch to any of our new packages, you can do by requesting a regrade by logging in at http://myaccount.firenet.co.uk

No unlimited broadband?
In order to avoid costs spiraling out of control, all current UK broadband services advertised as "unlimited" have terms which allow the provider to lower a customer's speed or block certain services to prevent the customer overusing the "unlimited" service. We believe that this is misleading and that a reduction of service is not in the best interests of our customers, and therefore we have chosen instead to be clear up front about exactly what you are paying for and exactly what you can expect to receive so there are no nasty surprises. |
* Exceeding the usage allowance on the Firenet Pay As You Go package will be chargeable at a rate of £2.00 for each extra 1GB or part GB used in a month. For the other Firenet Services, the overuse rate will be £1.50.
