Firenet Co-Location Terms & Conditions
These Co-Location Terms & Conditions are in addition to the Firenet Terms and apply to all customers who have a computer device connected directly into to the Firenet Network. Firenet reserve the right to change these terms at any time, and without notification. In using the service, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of the service. These terms do not apply to ADSL Broadband or Anytime dialup Internet connection services.
You are responsible for the maintenance of the co-location server.
Firenet reserve the right to remove connectivity and to access the co-location server should Firenet believe it to be negatively affecting the performance of the Firenet network, at Firenet's sole discretion, and without notification.
You are responsible for all activities and charges associated with your co-location Service.
Firenet reserves the right to change, add or remove services at Firenet's sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to changes in regulations, policies, legislation or pricing made by other corporate or governmental entities.
If you have any questions regarding charges to your account, you must contact Support. All charges are considered valid unless disputed in writing within sixty days of the billing date. Adjustments will not be made for charges that are more than sixty days old. Firenet is not responsible for any charges or expenses (e.g., for overdrawn accounts, exceeding credit card or debit card limits, etc.) resulting from charges billed by Firenet.
You must keep all system usernames and passwords secret. Failure to do so may lead to the server being removed from the network.
Firenet reserve the right to assume full control of the server, including all data stored on the server in the event of non-payment of any amounts due for the service.
