Dear Firenet, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your terrific service over the years. As a dial-up customer, then a broadband customer & as a constant web hosting customer your service has always been great. In the rare occasion there was a problem you were always lightning fast to resolve any issue. I also believe your customer support to be second to none. Friendly, helpful & patient with those of us who need a little bit more help than others.

Cannot remember when it was we joined you. Was it 2001 or 2002? But I remember the days of misery and frustration when we were using some of the largest ISPs in the UK and we were forever on the phone trying to speak with "humans" and find some help because our service was down. You have always managed to help us with plain English, well Irish English, on a step by step basis through the most simple to the most complicated of problems, and that was not just for e-mail and surfing, but anything to do with our PCs. When we moved our office we could not have done it without your valuable help prompt service and loads of understanding. Well done to all of you, and suffice to say that most of my staff use your service from home too, including me of course.

After using Firenet for the first time many years ago to host our hardware review site, I found the level of service I expect to run my hobby. As the site grew, my needs grew and changed and the focus of attention to detail and uptime grew also. My knowledge expanded and with that the site adapted and went through various changes and projects for the readers of the website. At no point along the way was there ever a problem. In phoning to discuss the needs of the site, and my somewhat back then ‘youthful’ terminology I worked with the entire team to achieve what I wanted. At no point did anyone say no, suggest a problem in doing what I asked or tell me to hand over my credit card a laugh at my suggestions or needs. Everything was carried out and explained to educate me in what was going to happen. Clearly in the numerous years we have worked together, my hobby has grown with the help from the team at Firenet, it would not be where it is, or what it is today without Firenet. The likes of John, Keith, Niall and Sean have worked tirelessly to maintain and evolve with me as I have had too. I have become great friends with all of them and hold them in the highest of regards as both professionals, and as artists who achieve so much and to such a high level of standard. I can only say that I now regard them as family for their efforts and patience when things have to be done on tight deadlines. I continue to move all my business, and future business ventures to Firenet for one simple reason. If I want something done to my fussy, strict levels of standard, there is no one I trust more than my family at Firenet. From my Internet connection at home, all of our offices for MeetTheGeeks.org, even my regular day jobs needs, from Internet to hosting, through to future business. This company is pinnacle and iconic in its delivery of standards. So I will continue to convert people to Firenet. For the needs of a hobby, a business, from my personal time to my work time. Firenet has enabled me to continue to meet the needs of internet, website hosting and email. There is no one I have known become so involved, or part of a venture than this team. They should be commended for it.

I am glad I chose Firenet as my I.S.P. Your colleagues are always very helpful if I have any problems. This was confirmed by the engineer who installed Broadband for me and met with a couple of problems in the process. He said that he had had to contact many ISPs but none had been as helpful as you were.
