Select 'Tools' from the main menu and select 'Account Settings'.

Under email tab select 'New'.

Please tick 'POP3' and click 'Next'.

Do not enter any information on this screen, simply tick the box 'Manually Configure Server Settings' and click 'Next'.

Select 'Internet Email', and click 'Next'.

User Information

1. Type in your display name.
2. Type in your email address.

Server Information

1. Account Type should be POP3.
2. Incoming mail server, See mail servers.
3. Outgoing mail server, this will in most cases will be specified by your broadband provider.

Logon Information

1. Your user name will be your full email address.
2. Enter your email password.
3. Check box 'Remember Password'

Should you wish to test out the account setting before finalising the setup this can be done by clicking 'Test Account Settings' and then finally followed by 'Next' and the setup has now been completed.
