How to view your billing history or change billing details.

The aim of this article is to demonstrate how to view your billing history and to change your billing details through your "My Account" portal. First of all you will need to log in to your account.

Accessing the Firenet My Account portal:

Please go to:

http://myaccount.firenet.co.uk

You will see the below login screen; please enter your e-mail address and password to continue.

Once logged in, you will see your Firenet Services, please click on "Manage Broadband Account" as below:

You will now see the different options within your "My Account" section. In this case we are looking to access the Billing options. Please click on "Billing" to continue.

You will now see the below screen. To view your billing history, please click on "Billing History" or if you require to update your billing details, please click "Edit Billing Details". Please note, if you are changing your billing details, you will be prompted to login to our secure server. The login and password is the same as your initial login details to your "My Account" portal.
