How to create an e-mail address.
The aim of this article is to successfully create a Firenet e-mail address through your "My Account" portal. First of all you will need to log in to your account.
Accessing the Firenet My Account Portal:
To access your portal, please go to:
You will see the below login screen; please enter your e-mail address and password to continue.
Once logged in, you will see your Firenet Services, please click on "Manage Broadband Account" as below:
You will now see the different options within your "My Account" section. In this case we are looking to create a new e-mail address. Please click on "Firenet Email" to continue.
You will now see the "Firenet Email" screen as below; please click on the "Add New Email" link on the right hand side.
You will now be asked to fill in a form to create your new Firenet Email address. You are able to change the domain of your e-mail address by clicking on the drop down bar if you wish. The form is shown below:
Once you have filled in the form, click "Create".
Congratulations, you have now successfully created your new Firenet Email address and you will see the below information confirming your new details.
