When setting up a dial up connection please ensure that you have a 56k dial up modem and it is connected directly into your phone socket.

Click on 'Start' and select 'Control Panel'.

Click 'Network and Internet'.

Select 'Network and Sharing Centre'.

On the left hand side click on 'Set up a Connection or Network'.

Choose 'Set up a dialup connection'.

Below you will see details entered for Firenet dial-up pay as you go (charge applied to your telephone bill). If your dial-up details are not consistent with the information below, they will need replaced with the details you have been provided. Once completed, click 'Create' and your new connection is now ready to use.
