In the window that appears, enter the following;
| username: | admin |
| password: | password |
When the Netgear page appears, click on Basic Settings on the menu on the left of the screen.
Fill in the form on the Basic Setup page as follows.
- Does your Internet Connection require a login: Select Yes.
- Choose PPPoA for the encapsulation method.
- Enter the login name and password you have been provided.
- Please leave the Internet IP address as default unless otherwise notified.
- Click 'Apply' to save the settings
Your Netgear should now attempt to connect to the Internet. You should allow up to 30 seconds for this to happen.
If it does not establish a connection, please switch the router off at the power supply for at least five minutes, reconnect and attempt again.
